Greenville Chamber of Commerce's website features an article about Leadership Greenville alumna Tammy Johnson, a successful entrepreneur. Johnson is the founder of Liquid Catering and also owns Bravo One Protection and the venue Old Cigar Warehouse. She also opened a social club called Topside Pool Club and formed a parent company, High Spirits Hospitality, to manage her ventures. Johnson said a good support system and prioritizing strategies helps her empire thrive. She chooses to send emails during a specific window of time to allow time for other important tasks. She also has changed work habits so she doesn't work extraordinarily long days. Johnson relies on her team to handle businesses while she speaks to the press and serves on various boards and committees.
Johnson participated in Leadership Greenville Class 39 and said it made a huge impact on her personal and professional lives. She said made several good friends and developed great business connections through the class. One of her businesses, Bravo One Protection, came from working with a Leadership Greenville connection. “You're going to get out of it what you put into it,” Johnson said of Leadership Greenville. "Show up, be present and be engaged." For more information about Leadership Greenville, visit http://greenvillechamber.org/leadership/leadership-greenville/.
