Meet Tarah, our Venue Operations Manager! Tarah’s journey with High Spirits Hospitality started behind the bar as a bartender before she worked her way up to Event Captain and then Venue Manager. Today, she is a full-time member of our management team as Venue Operations Manager, bringing years of hands-on event experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to keep our venues and events running smoothly.

One of Tarah’s favorite parts of her role is bringing each client’s vision to life and seeing all the planning come together on event day. Whether it’s watching a couple and their loved ones enjoy the wedding they’ve dreamed about or helping a corporate client create an event that celebrates their employees, vendors, or guests, she loves being part of the team that makes those moments happen.

Outside of work, Tarah stays busy with her family and four kids. You can usually find her working out or taking a group fitness class, at the baseball field with her sons, or doing arts and crafts with her daughter, who is her mini-me. Her husband, kids, siblings, and family are the most important people in her life, with an honorable mention going to her parents!

​A few fun facts about Tarah: she’s a twin and the oldest of three siblings, is a huge Disney World fan with a tattoo of Cinderella Castle to prove it, and makes a seriously good Beef Wellington and cheesecake.

And with four kids and a career in events, it’s probably no surprise that Tarah’s drink of choice is coffee or an Alani!
