Eric Charles joined the High Spirits Hospitality team in 2023 as a Staffing Coordinator and was promoted to management in May of 2024. He holds a Bachelors in science and experimental psychology with a minor in business from USC Upstate. He worked for Publix Supermarkets for 16 years, working his way up into management and developing his leadership skills along the way.
At High Spirits Hospitality, Eric is responsible for making sure our event, security, and bartending shifts are all staffed so that we can provide remarkable service to our clients. He works hard to keep the Liquid Catering and Bravo1 Protection machines whirring smoothly, and to make sure every wedding or event in our venues has a solid team in place for successful execution.
In his free time, Eric enjoys hiking, skateboarding, and building thing. His favorite holiday is Halloween, and he is always down to grab pizza or some tacos. He is a lover of bourbon and tequila, but you will most often see him with a trusty Dr. Pepper. He has two dogs that he loves very much!
