Meet Corinne McGrath, our Marketing Generalist as a Greenville native, Corinne McGrath grew up loving the city’s vibrant festival scene. Now, she gets to work behind the scenes on many of those beloved events, adding an extra layer of joy to her role.
Corinne is a proud South Carolina Gamecock fan, graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2019 with a degree in journalism. Her passion for storytelling led her to southeast Idaho, where she began her career as a sports reporter for KPVI News 6. After two years, she moved to Myrtle Beach to join WMBF News, covering both news and sports across the Grand Strand. While Corinne loved storytelling, she decided to explore a new challenge: marketing. As a marketing coordinator for a corporate construction firm, she leveraged her creativity and strategic thinking to develop campaigns that engaged customers and drove results. During this time, she also worked as a bartender at Topside Pool Club and an event bartender for Liquid Catering, honing her hospitality skills and deepening her connection to the Upstate community. When the opportunity to join High Spirits Hospitality as a Marketing Generalist arose, Corinne knew it was the perfect fit. She’s loved contributing to one of the Upstate’s most remarkable companies, using her diverse skills to elevate their marketing efforts. In her free time, Corinne enjoys traveling, cooking Italian food, walking her dogs, exploring new wines, and cheering on the New York Mets. |
