Liquid Catering is hiring bartenders and ID Checkers to work the upcoming concerts at Clemson Memorial Stadium.
DETAILS
-All staff will be on their own for parking, but all of campus is free except for a few lots. Do expect to walk to the stadium from your parking spot.
-Gates open at 4:30 PM. We are asking bartenders to check-in at 1:30 PM, ID Checkers will be 2:30 PM. All staff will be done by 10:45 PM before the concert ends.
-All staff must have a clean criminal history (we will check)
-All staff must speak conversational English and have good customer service skills.
-Uniform is black pants and a plain black shirt. Black slacks are preferred. Closed-toed shoes are required. No hats, logos, etc. Facial piercings must be discrete.
-We will provide 1 light meal, we encourage you to bring snacks and water.
-All staff will be expected to serve alcohol according to Clemson's alcohol policies. Disregard for this will result in immediate expulsion from the stadium.
-Staff will be expected to be at their stations the entire night. You may or may not be able to hear the concert, but know you are there to work.
BARTENDERS
-All bartenders must at least 21 years of age and have a SCDOR Bartender license.
-Bartenders will make a base pay of $65 plus tip pool. We expect that it will be good ($300-$500) but no guarantees. If there is a weather delay (could be up to an hour), bartenders will make an extra $10 (plus tips).
-The base pay will be issued in CASH when you check-out at the end of your shift. If you are late, or your conduct is poor, we will prorate accordingly.
-Tips will be pooled among all Liquid Catering bartenders working the suites. Please note tips won't be paid out until Aramark send us our money, we expect it to be paid by check no later than 5/19. Checks will be able to be picked up at our office in Greenville or mailed.
-We will be doing LIQUOR at the bars, so you need to have solid liquor experience.
ID CHECKERS - NO MORE SLOTS AVAILABLE
-ID Checkers will be checking ID's at the bar lines.
-Must be at least 19 years of age.
-Pay is $140 flat, ID Checkers are not eligible to participate in the tip pool. If there is a weather delay (up to an hour), you'll get an extra $20.
