ashley griffin, executive housekeeper​

Meet Ashley, our Executive Housekeeper! With more than 10 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, and supervisory roles, Ashley brings a hands-on, get-it-done attitude to the High Spirits Hospitality team. Her experience ranges from hospital and hotel housekeeping to management, including several years as a Clothing Room Supervisor with Miracle Hill Ministries, where she managed daily operations and trained employees and volunteers.
At HSH, Ashley’s role goes far beyond housekeeping. She helps keep our venues and Airbnb properties guest-ready while also jumping in wherever she’s needed, from venue flips and wedding setups to banquet service, kitchen prep, and laundry operations. If something needs to be cleaned, organized, pressed, set up, or flipped, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find Ashley somewhere in the middle of it!
Ashley is a firm believer that some of the best education comes from hands-on experience. She loves learning new skills, figuring things out as she goes, and continuing to grow within the hospitality industry. One of her favorite things about HSH is that no two days look exactly the same and that all of the behind-the-scenes work ultimately comes together to create a memorable experience for our guests.
Outside of work, Ashley stays just as busy as a mom of six, so “fun” can mean a lot of different things! Her kids and family are the most important people in her life, and she loves spending time with them, listening to music, sharing plenty of laughs, going on adventures, and trying new things.
And after keeping up with six kids and the world of events, her drink of choice is an easy one: a good margarita, preferably one she doesn’t have to make herself!
