Originally from Fruita, Colorado, Araceli Sechrist is a proud graduate of Fruita Monument High School, where she earned Summa Cum Laude honors. With a strong background in customer service and nearly two years of experience as an Assistant Manager at Summer Moon Coffee, Araceli is making her debut in the hospitality industry with enthusiasm and a genuine eagerness to grow.
Though new to the field, Araceli brings a vibrant energy and a love for connecting with people. Her Italian roots run deep—each Christmas, her family gathers across generations, from toddlers to centenarians, to prepare traditional Italian stuffed olives (minus the olive growing!). These traditions and her close-knit family, reminiscent of Modern Family, shape her grounded and joyful approach to life.
Creativity is at the heart of everything Araceli does. She’s an avid painter, photographer, crocheter, and sometimes potter, always seeking out sunny days for walks with her dog Sparrow, a border collie-heeler mix known for his one-directional spin trick. A self-declared "beverage girly," her favorites include lemon berry GT Kombucha, iced vanilla lattes, Moscow Mules, and ice-cold water—always.
